TG EAPCET 2024
The Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical Common Entrance Test (TS EAPCET) is an entrance exam conducted by Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU) Hyderabad on behalf of the Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE). Moreover, This exam is specifically designed for students seeking admission into undergraduate professional programs. Furthermore, it covers diverse fields such as Engineering, Agriculture, and Medical (including Pharmacy, Veterinary, etc.) courses. TG EAPCET 2024 1st Phase Counselling Process
- Notification and Registration:
- The Telangana State Council of Higher Education (TSCHE) will release a notification for the counselling schedule.
- Candidates who have qualified in the TG EAPCET 2024 must register online for counselling on the official website.
- Payment of Processing Fee:
- After registration, candidates need to pay a processing fee online.
- The fee varies based on the category of the candidate.
- Certificate Verification:
- Candidates need to attend the designated Help Line Centers (HLC) for certificate verification.
- Documents required typically include TG EAPCET rank card, hall ticket, Aadhaar card, SSC/10th class marks memo, intermediate or equivalent marks memo, transfer certificate, income certificate (if applicable), and caste certificate (if applicable).
- Choice Filling:
- After verification, candidates can fill in their choices of colleges and courses online.
- It is advisable to fill as many options as possible to increase the chances of getting a preferred seat.
- Seat Allotment:
- Based on the ranks obtained in TG EAPCET and the choices filled, seats will be allotted.
- Candidates can check their seat allotment status online.
- Payment of Tuition Fee and Reporting:
- Once a seat is allotted, candidates need to pay the prescribed tuition fee online.
- After payment, candidates must download the seat allotment order and report to the allotted college within the specified time frame.
- Verification of Admission:
- Reporting to the college involves submission of original documents for verification and confirmation of admission.
- Failure to report to the allotted college within the stipulated time can result in the cancellation of the allotted seat.
Important Points to Remember
- Eligibility: Only candidates who have qualified in the TG EAPCET 2024 and have completed the certificate verification process are eligible for the counselling.
- Freezing and Sliding Options: Candidates have options to freeze their seats if satisfied or participate in further counselling rounds for a better option.
- Further Rounds: If a candidate does not secure a seat in the first phase or wants to participate in subsequent rounds for better options, they can do so by exercising the sliding option.
